Some of you may recognize him from various film and TV series such as Gossip Girl, Washington Black, Supernatural, and so much more. Mr. Rick Worthy started training at age 9 in Detroit, where he grew up. He started in a time when martial arts wasn’t taught to children. Mr. Worthy trained in Taekwondo when he successfully persuaded his parents after seeing Bruce Lee repeatedly in the cinema. This passion remained with Mr. Worthy as he went on another journey to Hollywood as an actor.

However Sensei Nick Taber, started his journey when he got bored with Tee Ball as a young kid and for his love of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. In fact, he could never forget the smell the first time he went inside a Dojo. Sensei Nick Taber fell in love with martial arts because his Sensei never treated him as an inferior student.

Presently, he took over Sensei Eric Gifford’s Cha-Sin-do after he retired. He is also a fitness coach. He is the host of the Real Talks with Sensei Nick Podcast.

She has a passion for teaching and a dream of having her own Taekwondo class but it doesn’t become a reality later in her life. Presently, Master Thomas is an instructor and founder of the Taekwondo K.I.C.K.S in Vermont.
